These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HRZN platform. HRZN is a product operated by Acer Holdings LLC ("Acer Holdings," "HRZN," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using HRZN, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or using any part of the HRZN platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use HRZN. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

You retain ownership of all business data you upload to HRZN. By uploading data, you grant HRZN a limited license to process and analyze that data solely for the purpose of providing the HRZN service to you.
You represent that you have the right to upload all data you provide to HRZN, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or agreements.
To generate insights, HRZN sends business metrics derived from your data to Anthropic's Claude API, which processes them on our behalf as a service provider. We do not send your customers' personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and processed.
HRZN's AI-generated insights, reports, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making significant business decisions based on HRZN's output.
HRZN makes no guarantee that AI-generated insights will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation. Business results may vary.
HRZN can connect to third-party point-of-sale systems, currently Clover and Square. When you connect one, you authorize HRZN to access your data on that service.
HRZN's access is read-only. We read your merchant profile, orders, payments, and item data solely to generate your analytics. HRZN does not create, modify, or delete any data in your connected accounts, and HRZN does not process, initiate, or modify payments.
You may disconnect any integration at any time from the Data Sources page, which revokes our access token and stops further syncing.
Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy. HRZN is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services. Additional integrations described as "coming soon" in the product are not yet available and are not part of the service you are purchasing.
The HRZN platform, including its design, software, AI models, and content, is owned by Acer Holdings LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acer Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the HRZN platform.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of HRZN shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
HRZN is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use HRZN immediately ceases, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of HRZN after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
